After working with dozens of seniors looking to downsize, age-in-place and/or move into assisted living situations, realtor Beth Henry realized that, while their families were usually involved, they lacked the day-to-day information about their parent’s lives. However, as a daughter, sister, wife, mother and a grandmother, she understood how simple yet important details could be missed while juggling busy schedules.

Beth set out to find something that could help her organize her own family’s information as well as sharing her findings with her clients. That’s when she noticed a need for a simple resource that would guide families through what details should be documented as well as who you could go to in the event of an unexpected emergency.
